Grigory Menshikov
Grigory Menshikov serves as the Federal Government Affairs Associate for Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW), a private, non-partisan, non-profit organization representing more than one million members and supporters nationwide.
Grigory coordinates the organization’s work with Congress and federal agencies, tracks federal legislation, and analyzes key government waste-related issues and trends. In addition, Grigory compiles the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste’s annual Congressional Ratings.
Prior to joining CAGW, Grigory interned at a tax-focused think tank, a lobbying firm, and for two members of Congress. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and political science from George Washington University.
