WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Senate this week is expected to consider the McCain Amendment to S. 2777, the Commerce/State/Justice appropriations bill.  The amendment would limit spending on the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office's luxurious new facilities in Alexandria, Virginia.
