(Washington, D.C.) – Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) will sponsor a policy briefing on technology issues on Friday, March 4 for members of Congress, their staffs, and the media.  Distinguished guest speakers will discuss privacy, spectrum allocation, intellectual property, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), with a keynote luncheon address by former Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore.
