(Washington, D.C.) – The online world of Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) has a fresh look for 2013 following the completion of its new website.
America’s #1 Taxpayer Watchdog unveiled the new CAGW.org this month. The website features a streamlined and updated appearance, easier site navigation, and improved search functionality. It is designed to be a fully interactive hub for the viewing of press releases, issue briefs, and letters to Congress, complete with easy access to CAGW social media updates and membership services.
“The new homepage represents the culmination of a months-long effort by CAGW’s web development team to modernize and simplify interactions among our group, its members, the media, taxpayers, and legislators,” said CAGW Manager of Online Communications Jordan M. Hicks. “We are certain that the new site will make the fight against government waste easier and more efficient.”
Despite Congress’s frustrating lack of progress on eliminating wasteful spending, CAGW remains committed to exposing and terminating Washington’s most harebrained initiatives for years to come.
“As an organization, we are thrilled to be striding into 2013 with a new look and a better toolbox,” said CAGW President Tom Schatz. “This communications makeover will help taxpayers navigate the complex issues ahead and keep in touch with the fight to eliminate wasteful spending and rein in the nation’s massive deficits and debt.”
Citizens Against Government Waste is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating waste, fraud, mismanagement and abuse in government.
