Frances Floresca served as a State Government Affairs Associate from 2020 to 2021 at Citizens Against Government Waste, a private, non-partisan, non-profit organization representing more than one million members and supporters nationwide.  Frances previously wrote for Campus Reform and worked on Congressional and gubernatorial campaigns.  She also interned for The Heritage Foundation, Leadership Institute, and Americans for Prosperity-Utah.  Frances has led legislative efforts with student groups on college campuses in Utah.

Frances received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Utah in December 2019.  Raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Frances enjoys singing, hiking, and serving in church.
