Courtney Frink is a junior at the University of Delaware majoring in political science and sociology. Aside from her studies, Courtney is a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority and is a volunteer cheerleading coach at a local elementary school. After graduation, Courtney hopes to return to D.C. to pursue a career in the nonprofit sector while attending graduate school.
Jacqueline Carlton is a graduate of Utah Valley University with a degree in political science. Currently, she is a student at the University of Utah and an intern with the Hinckley Institute of Politics. She has had prior intern experience with the U.S. Department of State in the Office of Human Rights. Her plans are to attend law school at the University of Utah in Fall 2012.
A 2011 Koch Summer Fellow, Christopher P. Ryan is pursuing an M.A. in History and Public Policy at the George Washington University. His research projects have focused on the economic and social effects of U.S. government policies in the 20th century, and his current project explores the impact of the federal government’s employee policies on postwar repression and the rise of the Cold War. Before interning at CAGW, Chris ran his own business and interned with the Maryland State Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. Chris graduated Summa Cum Laude from Towson University in 2005 with a degree in History.
