P.J. Austin
P.J. Austin serves as the Associate Director, Policy & Government Affairs for Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW), a private, non-partisan, non-profit organization representing more than one million members and supporters nationwide. Prior to joining CAGW in April 2011, P.J. worked as a policy analyst in Daimler’s North American Office of External Affairs and Public Policy in Washington, D.C. During the summer of 2009, P.J. interned for the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

P.J. graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in political science and psychology. He is currently pursuing a Master in Public Administration degree from George Washington University. In his spare time, P.J. enjoys golf, soccer, and Michigan athletics.
