Make a Pledge
To make a pledge and be billed later, you must register with the site. It is probably a good idea to register, even before you select a campaign to contribute to. In that way, you will see the full range of payment options including pledges when you access giving opportunities. If you do not see the Make a Pledge button once you are logged in as a registered user, this campaign does not accept pledges. You must use a credit card and make a donation now to contribute.
On the page that lists giving opportunities for the organization, select the campaign you wish to contribute to by clicking on the name of the campaign itself.
On the Options Page that displays, you may pick one of the contribution levels offered. Or, if the campaign allows it, enter a dollar amount you wish to contribute in the Other Amount text box.
To pledge, you must be logged in as a registered user of this site
Are you registered? if you are a registered user of this site are you logged in?
If you are not a registered user, or if you are registered but have not logged in, you will be presented with a Registration Request in the Please pick a payment option section of the page.
Click on the register link provided in Would you like to register now? Fill out the registration form and register before you can proceed.
Once you have registered you will be automatically be logged onto the Options page. You should see the Make a Pledge button now.
If you are a registered user, and are logged in as one, you will be able to select the Make a Pledge button if the campaign offers pledges.
Choose Recognition Options in the How would you like to be recognized section of the screen and press Next Step.
If you chose to make a donation in memory of an individual you will see the Tribute Information screen. Provide a message to the honoree in the box that you see. This could be sent by the organization to the honoree (if you provided the honoree's address information as Recipient Information conveying the fact of your tribute to him/her. If you wish to have your donation amount included in the letter to be sent to the recipient of honoree information, select the check box provided. Press Next Step.
If premiums are offered at the donation level you chose to contribute at, you will proceed to the Premium Selection Page. Using the pull-down menu provided, choose a premium option. Click on the Select Premium button.
If you do not wish to choose a premium and want your entire contribution to go to the organization, click on the No Premium button.
If you selected any of the above options, once you have pressed the button, you will proceed to the Payment Information screen.
Provide Payment Information
On the Payment Information screen that displays, choose a pledge payment schedule.
Consider type of payment, schedule and amount of payment, before you choose a schedule. These criteria will determine what the dollar amount of your payment is, how many payments you will be making to fulfill your pledge and when your first payment is due.
Choose the Type of payment you wish to make - single payments or multiple payments? If you choose a single payment, you will make one payment, on the date your pledge schedule demands. In regard to payment method, you could use credit card (as soon as today, by clicking on the link provided in the on-screen confirmation message you view after submitting your pledge).
When is your next payment due? Consult the Schedule column for the payment schedule who choose (for example: payment due in 15 days). For the date when your first payment is due, consult the Date column. You will find the first due date for your pledge payment here.
What is the dollar amount of your first pledge payment? Consult the Amount column.
How many payments do you have to make? Look in the Payments column for the number of installments you will be paying in. Of course, what you see here depends on the pledge schedule you chose on the Options screen.
Click the Next Step button to proceed. Verify the information on the Review and Submit screen that displays. To make a correction, Press Previous Step.
Once you have verified the accuracy of the billing information, click Next Step.

How do you make sure that you do not miss a pledge payment?
You will receive an e-mail reminder as the date of your pledge payment draws near.
You may log onto the site at any time and find your pledge at the very top of the main donation screen at any time. Consult this screen for details on when your next pledge payment is due.
