Review Team's Progress
If you are part of a team (you can make this choice when you register), you will probably wish to review your team's progress. You may be team captain or a team member. Either way, how are your team's fundraising efforts progressing? Consult the Team Progress Report for details. To track your progress as an individual participant in the TeamRaiser drive, consult the My Progress Report which answers the following questions:.
Give me a break up: How much was raised online? How much was raised offline?
I want a quick overview of my team's progress. Is there a chart or a graph I can look at?
What percentage of my team's total goal has been achieved so far?
Who is currently on my Team Roster? How much has each member on my team raised?
How do I access the Team Progress Report?
Log onto the Participant Center providing the password.
If you are already at the Participant Center, select the Check my Team Progress link in the lower half of the page. Or click on the icon in the header.
Use the on-screen report that displays, the Team Progress Report, to answer the following questions:
What is the total dollar amount that my team has raised to date? (I want a Gift Summary)
Look at the Gift Summary section of the Team Progress Report for answers:
Look at the Your Dollar Amount Raised row, the Total column. This is the total amount raised by your team and includes amounts raised by individual team members including you, for the TeamRaiser.
Give me a break up. How much was raised online? How much was raised offline?
For online gifts: Look in the Your Dollar Amount Raised row. The total dollar amount raised in online gifts made on your behalf will be listed in the Online column as shown above. These are gifts that were made to the TeamRaiser, in your support, through the web site, using one of the approved credit cards.
For offline gifts: Look in the Your Dollar Amount Raised row. The total dollar amount raised in online gifts made on your behalf will be listed in the Online column as shown below. These are gifts that were made in your support to the TeamRaiser by check, cash or credit card, but not using the web site for the transaction. These gifts may have been phoned in, or made in person by your supporter.
How many gifts were made ? How many were online? How many were offline?
Look in the Gift summary section of the Team Progress Report for the total number of gifts made in support of your team, up until today's date.
For the total number of gifts made: Look in the Total column. This is the total number of gifts made in support of participants on your team, till today's date.
For the number of online gifts: Look in the Online gifts column. Here you will see the number of online gifts made in support of participants on your team, till today's date.
For the number of offline gifts: Look in the Offline gifts column. This provides the number of offline gifts made in support of participants on your team, till today's date. This includes gifts made using check, cash or credit card, but not using the web site. These offline gifts may have been phoned in, or made in person in support of a team member.
I want a quick overview of my team's progress. Is there a chart or a graph I can look at?
Consult the progress chart on the Team Progress page to track and evaluate your team's progress in its fundraising efforts.
The horizontal axis represents the month of fundraising and the vertical axis represents the dollar amount raised.
To track how much was raised during a particular month, see what number the vertical axis shows for that month.
For example, reading the above diagram, while $200 was raised in the month of October, $ 270 was raised in the month of November.
What percentage of my team's total goal has been achieved so far?
In the Team Progress section of the screen consult the status indicator (thermometer graphic) provided to ascertain what percentage of your team's total goal has been achieved so far.
In the above diagram, the thermometer shows that 100% of the total goal has been achieved. $270 was the total goal as you can see.
Who is currently on my Team Roster? How much has each member on my team raised?
Who is on my team? Any recent additions that I am unaware of?
Consult the Team Roster at the bottom of the screen to find out:
Look in the Name column on the left for the latest tally of names of all the members on your team. The Team Roster provides a quick and easy 'head count' of sorts.
How is each team member is doing in his/her fundraising efforts?
Look in the Amount raised column on the extreme right for the dollar amount raised by the team member.
Look in the Number of gifts column (third column from the left) to find out how many gifts were made in support of the participant whose name is listed in the Name column.
I want to contact a member by e-mail to send him/her a congratulatory message. He is making such good progress! Can I do this from here?
You certainly can send an e-mail message to a team member from this page. All registered team members will be listed in the Team Roster.
Look in the Name column for the name of the member you wish to contact.
Look in the E-Mail column for the e-mail address of that member.
Click on the e-mail address of the member you wish to contact.
On the Choose Message Type and Template that displays, choose the type of message you wish to send.
Once you have decided what type of message you wish to send, select a template you wish to use. Or, choose the free-form type in the pull-down. Press Go.
On the Compose your E-mail Message screen, provide sender information (Your Name and E-mail address).
The Send To field will automatically show the e-mail address you clicked on the Team Progress screen.
Enter the text you wish to display in the Subject line of the message when the recipient views it, in the Subject text box.
In the Body box, provide text for your message (you may be able to edit some text depending on how the organization has set up the sample message). If it is a free-form template, you can create the entire message from scratch.
Press the Send button to send the message.
After a quick review of your team's progress, you may wish to acknowledge the member who has raised the most for his/her efforts. The organization may even have instituted a team award for the team/individual that raises the highest dollar amount! You may wish to send a congratulatory message to an individual who is making significant strides in this race.
You may also review your own fundraising progress. Access the My Progress Report for details on how much you have individually raised for this FriendtoFriend fund drive.
