Donate on a Participant's behalf
Are you at the personal page of a participant?
Did you receive an e-mail with a link to the sender's personal page?
Select that link.
Once you are on the Personal Page of the participant, select the image or link that will let you donate, or search for the participant you wish to support, before you donate on his/her behalf.
This image could read Donate Now! or Search for Participant - look for the appropriate link.
Are you on the TeamRaiser Page?
Click on the Donate button on the TeamRaiser Information Page.
You will go to the Find a Participant screen where you can locate the participant you wish to support through your contribution.
In the To find a participant, enter your search criteria below section of the screen fill in First Name, Last Name, Team Name (if you know the name of the team that your participant friend belongs to) and the name of the company that the participant belongs to, in the text boxes provided for the purpose. Fill out this search form as completely as you can.
Press the Find A Participant button.
The screen refreshes with participant name(s) that match the criteria you specified in the Find A Participant Section of the screen .
Select the name of the participant you wish to donate on behalf of.
You will access the Personal Page of the participant.
Click on the Donate Now button or a button that has a similar caption to contribute.
On the Options screen that displays, enter the amount you wish to donate in the Other Amount box provided.
Consult the Progress bar at the top to see which stage you are at in the donation process.
Press Next Step.
On the Payment Info screen that displays, provide Billing Information. Be sure to enter your First Name, Last Name, Zip Code in the text boxes provided. Note they are prefixed with the signal asterisk indicating they are compulsory fields. It is also mandatory that you indicate which type of Credit Card you will be using for this payment (select a radio button) and enter your Credit Card Number in the text box.
Press Next Step.
On the Review and Submit screen that displays, verify that all the contact information and billing information that displays on this screen is accurate
Press the Process button.
You will review a Confirmation screen: You may wish to print this screen out to save it as a receipt: Take note of the following details on this screen.

Organization's Tax ID |
For your reference, the organization's Tax ID may be required when you are filling out tax information. |
