Choose to Tell-a-Friend
First click the Take Action button or link for the action alert you wish to respond to.
Having previewed the letter that will be e-mailed to the recipients you select, and having filled in the information that is required of you on the subsequent page, you will press the Next Step button.
On the page that displays, you may select the intended recipients of your message.
You may also use the Tell-a-Friend section on this page to communicate the issue to a friend and urge him/her to take action. This will result in an e-mail message being sent to the address you specify (see below) with a link to the page where the Action Alert is visible.
First, use the Send E-mail To box to enter single or multiple e-mail addresses (be sure to separate multiple addresses with commas).
Enter a subject for the e-mail message that will be sent to your friend.
You may choose to enter a message in the box that is provided. This will be sent in addition to the link directing the recipient of this Tell-a-Friend e-mail message to the site where the action alert may be seen.
Press the Send Your Message button.
You will be able to preview the message that is sent.
