Check your own fundraising progress
How are you doing in your fund-drive? The My Progress Report helps you track Select the My Progress icon to bring up this report. Look here for answers to the following questions?
How much have I raised to date? Online totals? Offline totals?
Can you show me a graph/chart for a quick view of my progress?
First, you must be logged onto the Participant Center as a registered user
For a quick review, select the My Progress icon in the header of the Participant Center.
On the screen that displays, review the total amount you have raised so far in the Gift Summary section of your screen.
How much have I raised to date? Online totals? Offline totals?
Look at the Gift Summary section for answers to this question.
For total dollar amount raised look in the Gift Summary section. Go to the Your Dollar Amount Raised row, the Total column. This is the total amount raised by you (donated by your supporters), for the TeamRaiser.
How much was raised online? How much was raised offline?
For online gifts: Look in the Your Dollar Amount Raised row. The total dollar amount raised in online gifts made on your behalf will be listed in the Online column as shown above. These are gifts that were made to the TeamRaiser, in your support, through the web site, using one of the approved credit cards.
For offline gifts: Look in the Your Dollar Amount Raised row. The total dollar amount raised in online gifts made on your behalf will be listed in the Online column as shown below. These are gifts that were made in your support to the TeamRaiser by check, cash or credit card, but not using the web site for the transaction. These gifts may have been phoned in, or made in person by your supporter.
How many gifts have been made on my behalf? How many were online? Offline?
Look in the Gift summary section for the total number of gifts made to on your behalf until today's date.
For the total number of gifts made: Look in the Total column. This is the total number of gifts made in your support, till today's date.
For the number of online gifts: Look in the Online gifts column. Here you will see the number of online gifts made in your support , till today's date.
For the number of offline gifts: Look in the Offline gifts column. This provides the number of offline gifts made in your support , till today's date. This includes gifts made using check, cash or credit card, but not using the web site. These offline gifts may have been phoned in, or made in person in your support.
Can you show me a graph/chart for a quick view of my progress?
Consult the progress chart to track and evaluate your progress in your fundraising efforts.
The horizontal axis represents the month of fundraising and the vertical axis represents the dollar amount raised.
To track how much you raised during a particular month, see what number the vertical axis shows for that month.
For example, as per the above diagram, a participant raised $200 in the month of October and $ 270 in the month of November. You know that you are receiving increasing support in your fund drive. Seize the moment and send out some more solicitations to friends you haven't contacted yet. Dispatch e-mail reminders to friends and family you have already solicited but who haven't responded yet. Clearly the mood is right!
What percentage of my total goal has been achieved so far?
In the My Progress section of the screen consult the status indicator (thermometer graphic) provided, to ascertain what percentage of your total goal has been achieved so far.
In the above diagram, the thermometer shows that 100% of the total goal has been achieved. $270 was the total goal as you can see.
Gift History: Who has given in my support? How much? When?
Donor List; who has given? : In the Name column of the Gift History section, all donors to your TeamRaiser account will be listed.
Amount Donated: Look in the Amount column, Gift History section. The donation amount for each individual donor will be listed in the Amount column, Gift History section, in the row containing the donor record. (Look in the Name column to see whose record it is).
When Donated: Look in the Date column to find out when the donation was made (month, date, year).
Offline/Online? Look in the Online column. 'Yes' will mean the donation was made online. 'No' will indicate that this donation was made offline - it could have been made by check, cash or credit card, but not using the web site.
To organize any of these columns in ascending or descending order of the field, click the up/down arrow to sort. Clicking the up arrow in the Name column will rearrange the names and list them in ascending alphabetical order of their last names. Names previously listed as Wayne, Rubble, Chan, Blaze, will be resorted as Blaze, Chan, Rubble, Wayne.
